I tried the Popmask when I had a bad headache and really hoped it would help take the edge off. It did feel warm and kind of soothing for a little while, but the headache was still there after. Might be nice if you just want to relax, but it didn’t really work for pain relief for me. So yeah.

I really wanted to love this, but the material just isn’t as soft as I was hoping. It feels a bit rough against my skin, which was a little heartbreaking because I expected something much cozier

I used these heated eye masks for a few nights and they did help me wind down faster sometimes, but it wasn’t a sure thing every night. The idea is nice and they feel relaxing, but they’re a bit expensive for what you get. Also, the packaging looked like it had been tossed around carelessly, which was annoying. Overall, not bad, but not amazing either. 3 stars from me.

They have a good range to choose from, which I appreciated. As someone who really likes matching things to my style, I just wish there were a few more color options available...

I had to send my order back because I’d accidentally picked the wrong ones. I emailed them and the refund was sorted with no hassle at all 🙂 It took a few days, but everything went smoothly. I’d definitely buy from them again

I like the idea behind it, but for the price, I expected better quality. Maybe I’m being a little picky, but it just didn’t feel like it was worth what I paid

It gives you that warm feeling, but... not in an overwhelming way. Just comfortable and cozy, which I really like.

These masks are really nice. They’re soft, well made, and just feel better than the ones I’ve bought before...

I bought this for my sister and she actually liked it a lot, so that was a pleasant surprise. It’s a nice little gift idea if you’re looking for something simple and don’t want to overthink it.

I ordered from Popmask London and everything came exactly as I picked it, with no missing bits or weird mix-ups. I did kind of check it a bit suspiciously at first, but that’s probably just me being picky. It arrived as expected and I’m pleased with it overall.

I tried Popmask after seeing a few people talk about it, it felt nice at first when it started warming up.
But I don’t have much patience for products that only work well for a few minutes. The heat was good for maybe 10 minutes, then it started fading faster than I expected, which was annoying, especially for the price.
It’s not terrible, but I wanted it to stay warm longer without feeling like I was waiting around for something better. I probably wouldn’t buy it again unless they improve the heat duration

I can’t stand when checkout has a million steps, and I really can’t stand when pages take forever to load, but this worked fine on my phone. the communication after I ordered from popmasklondon.com was frustrating. I got the order confirmation, but after that there wasn’t really anything helpful, so I ended up having to chase them for updates.
It’s just annoying when you’ve already paid and you’re left not knowing what’s happening. The product might be fine, but the order updates and customer service definitely need a lot of work

I’ve tried a few of the Popmask ones now the scents are really nice. The lavender is probably my favourite, it’s soft, relaxing, and doesn’t have that fake perfume smell. A couple of the others were a little too subtle for me and faded after a while, but overall they’re super calming and I’d definitely pick them up again.

I ordered this expecting it to show up quickly, but the shipping ended up taking a lot longer than I thought it would. The item itself was fine, so that wasn’t the problem. It was more the waiting around and not feeling like the delivery estimate was reliable. it made me a little less confident about ordering again.

I’d say this helped a bit with my tired eyes. It wasn’t some miracle fix or anything, but I did notice a small improvement after using it. Overall, decent experience, not magical, but definitely not bad.

I’m happy with this mask overall. It feels soft on my face and doesn’t pull too much around my ears, which is a big plus for me. I wore it for a few hours and it stayed comfortable most of the time. The only thing I’d change is the fit around the nose, it could sit just a little better. Nothing unnecessary going on with it though, just a simple comfy mask I’d definitely use again...
